Delivery & Returns

If you have not received the order confirmation email please check your junk mail inbox. If you still cannot find a confirmation email please contact florence@florencebridge.com

We do not have a cancellation policy, any item ordered can not be cancelled once the payment for the item has been processed.

You can return any item purchased on the FLORENCE BRIDGE website WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

1. Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, with original swing tags and packaging included.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging.
3. Please email us at contact@florencebridge.com to notify us of your wish to return the product.
4. We will email you with a DPD pre paid returns label which you must print and stick to your package – this will included details of your closest pick up point to return.
5. Once your product reaches us if it is found to be in its original state and shows no signs of being worn you can expect a refund to your account within 3-7 working days. If your return does not meet the requirements listed above the item will be sent back to you. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
